Increase your ability to conceive through yoga

Narrow hook posture (BaddhaKonasana)

- Sit comfortably, keeping your back straight.
- Fold the pillow so that the feet meet each other. Hold hands with both feet and pull them towards the body as much as possible.
- Hold for 1 to 5 minutes.

Posture of the lotus (Padmasana)
The whole lotus position helps to stimulate and relax the activity of the abdomen and reproductive organs.

Doing:
- You sit on the floor with legs stretched out in front, pull the right leg to the left thigh while the left foot still touch the floor.
Repeat with the left leg. Then, pull the left foot up on the right leg. Place your left foot on the thigh in the right leg. His hands rested on his knees, his palms in the air.
