This class is designed for anyone searching for stress relief, mental clarity, personal renewal, and positive thought education. This simple form of Tai Chi focuses on the healing properties of Qigong which consists of gentle movements, focused breathing, and guided imagery to help relax the mind while stretching and strengthening the body.
